Prosper returns two committed Division I blockers and an experienced backfield after an 11-win regional-semifinal season.
Prosper won 11 games and reached the Texas regional semifinals last season. The Eagles return a committed interior lineman, a committed tight end and enough backfield experience to build the next offense from the inside out.
Will Endicott is committed to South Carolina, and Elliott Brown is committed to Sam Houston. Tyler Albert Jr. is the quarterback to watch, with Hudson Bowman in the backfield. When I look at Prosper, I see a team whose ceiling begins with protection and ends with whether the new offensive hierarchy becomes clear.

The Offense Can Start Inside
Endicott gives the line a Power Four commit, while Brown can help both the run game and the passing structure from tight end. That is valuable support for Albert because a quarterback becomes more comfortable when the protection and the middle of the formation are dependable.
Bowman gives Prosper a returning backfield option and a runner who can keep defenses from treating every snap like a quarterback test. His value is the balance he creates around Albert, Endicott and Brown.
The regional-semifinal finish sets the goal. Prosper already proved it can win 11 games. I want to see whether Albert can use the experienced pieces to keep the offense balanced against the teams that survive into December.
