Buchholz (FL) Rallies Past Unbeaten Forest (FL) to Headline T25PS Thursday Slate

Forest led 20-14 midway through the third quarter. Buchholz answered with 24 straight points, capped by Josh Menefee’s late fourth-quarter score. The Bobcats moved to 6-0 for the first time since 2023; Forest took its first loss. A comeback over a 5-0 opponent gives Buchholz a result that will matter in the Week 7 résumé discussion.

#52 Prosper (TX) weathered McKinney’s second-quarter rally, then pulled away for a 63-26 district win with a 35-7 second half. Quarterback Tyler Albert threw for 360 yards and two touchdowns, then added two rushing scores.

#76 Denton Guyer (TX) turned an early 7-0 deficit into a 35-7 win over Wakeland (TX). After the opening drive, Guyer’s defense held the Wolverines to just 23 yards on their next six possessions.

Texas delivers the biggest numbers

#41 Richmond Randle (TX) rolled to a 91-0 win over Fort Bend Dulles (TX). Landen Williams-Callis needed only a half to pile up 234 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 11 carries. Randle led 56-0 at halftime, and Williams-Callis sat the rest of the way.

#42 Smithson Valley (TX) hammered Cedar Creek (TX), 84-7, for its 18th straight win. It was also coach Larry Hill’s 344th career victory, moving him past Jim Streety as the Greater San Antonio area’s winningest high school football coach.

Around the rest of Thursday’s slate, #62 Chandler (AZ) beat Brophy College Prep (AZ), 28-13; #16 West Boca Raton (FL) shut out Olympic Heights (FL), 57-0; #45 Quince Orchard (MD) blanked Seneca Valley (MD), 35-0; and #72 Miami Carol City (FL) beat Booker T. Washington (FL), 42-0.
